Notes
This extension uses the jQuery library. If you have other extension installed that also come with jQuery you can choose to load a jQuery version that does not cause a conflict between the extensions or even not to load jQuery with the Flexslider extension to avoid conflicts between extensions.
Please logout and login again in the admin backend after installing the extension. This is needed to avoid permission issues with the extension resulting in a 404 error. This is a common Magento problem.
